How does the free trial work?

When you download Math Basics, you get full access to all features for 7 days at no cost. No payment information is required to start the trial. After the trial ends, you can unlock the app with a one-time purchase.

How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Open Math Basics, go to the parent settings (PIN protected), and tap "Restore Purchase". Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Your license will be restored automatically.

Does the app support Family Sharing?

Yes. Once you purchase Math Basics, it is available to all members of your Apple Family Sharing group at no extra cost. Each family member can install the app on their own device.

Can multiple children use the app?

Yes. You can create a separate profile for each child within the app. Each profile has its own statistics, progress history, daily goals, and achievements. Switch between profiles from the main screen.

What operations can my child practice?

Math Basics covers all four core operations: addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division. Each operation includes short mode for single-digit practice and long mode for multi-digit, step-by-step problem solving with carrying and borrowing. Multiplication and division also include dedicated times tables and division tables drills covering facts from 2 through 10.

What data does the app collect?

None. Math Basics does not collect any personal data. All information (profiles, scores, progress, and settings) is stored locally on your device and never sent to any server. The app works fully offline.

Which devices are supported?

Math Basics works on iPhone and iPad running iOS 17.0 or later.

What languages are available?

The app is available in 21 languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Ukrainian, Russian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Hindi, Dutch, Polish, Swedish, Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, and Romanian.

Can I export my child's progress?

Yes. From the parent dashboard, you can export detailed progress reports as PDF or CSV files. These are useful for parent-teacher meetings or keeping your own records. Reports are generated locally on your device.
